摘要
阐述了以工控机和PLC以及检测仪表与控制设备组成污水处理自动监控系统的设计方法,工控机以WinCC软件进行组态,PLC作为现场控制单元,配合各种检测设备对污水处理中的工艺参数进行采集,实时监测污水处理过程与设备运行状态,并对现场设备进行相应控制;利用现场总线进行数据交换,完成污水处理的自动监控与管理。
This paper set forth a method to design a automatic monitor and control system for sewage treatment which constructed by industrial computer,PLC,test instruments and control equipments.Industrial computer is configured with software WinCC.And with PLC as field control unit,it collects technique parameters by cooperation of various test instrument,monitors and measures treatment processing of the sewage and the working condition of the equipments in real time,and controls the equipments in the field.Finally,automatic monitor and measurement for sewage treatment was accomplished by making use of data exchange with field bus.
