摘要
乳制品的发展逐渐趋向天然化、功能化、健康化,功能性配料在这一发展过程中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。本文着重阐述了乳制品发展的上述趋势和功能性配料在功能性乳制品发展中的引领作用,并对乳制品行业在功能性乳制品开发中亟待解决的问题进行了分析。
The development of dairy products tends to natural, functional and healthy, functional ingredients play an irreplaceable role in the process. This paper describes the development trend of dairy products and the important role of leadership of functional ingredients in functional dairy products, meanwhile , analyses the problem of dairy products in developing the functional dairy.
