摘要
研究了从海水提取的亚硫酸钾用于稻麦草蒸煮的效果,并对其成浆的可漂性和物理性能进行了探讨。结果表明:海水提钾所制取的亚硫酸钾可用于蒸煮稻麦草浆,采用O-DQ-P漂白后,所得漂白稻麦草浆白度可达73%以上,并具有较好的机械强度;麦草浆小长网造纸机所抄纸页的裂断长为:纵向8.27km,横向4.39km;撕裂指数为:纵向4.40 mN.m2/g,横向5.04 mN.m2/g。漂白稻麦草浆可用于配抄胶印书刊纸和书写纸等文化用纸。海水亚硫酸钾蒸煮废液可用于生产腐殖酸类肥料或直接作为液体腐殖酸钾肥使用。
The effects of potassium sulfite extracted from seawater on pulping of rice straw and wheat straw were in- vestigated, and the bleaching performance and physical properties of the pulp were discussed. The results showed that the potassium sulfite extracted from seawater could be used to cook rice straw and wheat straw, the pulps had good mechanical strength properties, and brightness reached to 73% ISO or higher through O - DQ - P bleaching se- quence. Bleached wheat straw pulp was made into paper by small fourdrinier. The paper physical properties test results indicated that the cross direction and machine direction of breaking length were 4.39 km and 8.27km, tear index were 5.04 mN · m2/g and 4.40mN · m2/g respectively. As furnish, the bleached rice straw and wheat straw pulps could be used to make offset book paper, writing paper, etc. Waste liq- uor of potassium sulfite pulping could be used to make humic acid fertilizer or used as liquid potassium humate fertilizer.
