羧甲基羟乙基淀粉的制备及在涂布纸中的应用初探

摘要 本文合成了聚阴离子羧甲基羟乙基淀粉(HECMS),考察了羧甲基化温度及反应物配比对羧甲基取代度的影响,结果表明:在本实验条件下,49℃为适宜的羧甲基化温度,淀粉与2-氯乙醇的配比为1:3.5时羧甲基取代度最大;但产物的黏度随羧甲基化程度的提高而下降。本文进一步将HECMS与Eu配合并将其应用于纸张表面涂布中,结果显示:HECMS与HECMS/Eu(Ⅲ)使纸张的伸长率增加,但使其抗张指数降低;由于HECMS/Eu(Ⅲ)可产生荧光,故其涂布纸的白度提高。 In this paper, a kind of polyanion starch, carboxymethyl-hydroxyethyl- starch (HECMS) was synthe- sized. The effects of temperature of earboxymehtylation and ratios of reactants of hydroxyethylation were investiga- ted. The results showed that 49℃ and 1:3.5 of reactants ratio (starch: 2 -ehloroethanol) were favorable for the carboxymethylation in the experiment. However, the viscosity of HECMS decreased with DS of carboxymethylation rising. HECMS and HECMS/Eu(Ⅲ) were applied to coating paper, The results showed that they could improve the tearing strength and elongation of the coating paper, yet reduced the tensile stregth of coating paper; the bright- ness of the coating paper with HECMS/Eu(Ⅲ) rose because of its fluorescence property.
