环保制冷剂R1270/RE170/R13I1的热力学性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对制冷剂R22的替代问题,提出一种适用于空调等制冷设备的环保型混合制冷剂R1270/RE170/R13I1。基于Refprop8.0,对R1270/RE170/R13I1的基本热物理性质和制冷系统循环性能进行分析,研究表明:在标准工况下,R1270/RE170/R13I1混合制冷剂的COP和单位容积制冷量均与R22相当,非常有利于直接充注式替代;在变工况下,R1270/RE170/R13I1的滑移温度较小,性能优于R407C,单位容积制冷量与R407C和R22基本相当,排气温度和压比均低于R22和R407C,是一种优良的R22和R407C制冷设备的替代物,具有充注式替代的潜力。 Proposes a new refrigerant mixture R1270/RE170/R13I1 as the substitute for R22.The new refrigerant mixture is environment-friendly and can be used in the current air-conditioning and other refrigeration systems.Based on the software Refprop 8.0,theoretically analyzes the thermophysical properties of the new refrigerant mixture and refrigeration system performance.The results show that the performance of the new refrigerant mixture is more excellent compared to R22 under standard working condition.The coefficient of performance and per unit volume cooling capacity is comparable to R22.The glide temperature and coefficient of performance of the new refrigerant mixture is lower and excellent than R407C under variable working condition,respectively.The per unit volume cooling capacity is comparable to R407C and R22,and the discharge temperature and pressure ratio are all lower than that of R22 and R407C.Therefore,R1270/RE170/R13I1 is favorable for drop-in substitute for R22 and R407C refrigeration systems,and is potential for drop-in replacement.
