摘要
以羟乙基哌啶醇为原料,与丁二酸二甲酯进行缩聚反应,制得了分子质量2500~3500的受阻胺型光稳定剂GW-120。通过实验确定了合成工艺条件,并对反应机理进行了研究。实验结果表明:在原料羟乙基哌啶醇与丁二酸二甲酯配比为1:1.1,催化剂添加量(质量分数)为0.3%~0.4%,反应温度为160~170℃,反应时间为4h的条件下,搅拌转速为300r/min时,可以得到分子质量分布较窄的产品。应用结果表明,添加GW-120光稳定剂的防老化薄膜的使用寿命能达到一年以上,性能指标与意大利蒙埃集团的Tinuvin622相当。
The hindered amine light stabilizer GW-120 with molecular mass between 2500 -3000 was prepared with tetramethylpiperidinol as raw material through polycondensation with dimethyl succinate. The synthesizing process was determined through experiments, and the reaction mechanism was studied. Experimental result showed that under the optimum conditions for synthesis process as following: the mole ratio of feed dosage between tetramethylpiperidinol and dimethyle suecinate 1 : 1.1, catalyst dosage ( molecular mass) 0. 3% 0. 4% ,reacting temperature 160 - 170℃, reacting time 4h, and stir speed 300rpm, the GW-120 product was produced with narrow molecular mass distribution. Application result showed that the anti-aging film which added GW-120 light stabilizer had a service life of over one year, which has good performance indexes comparable with Tinuvin622 produced by Montedjson of Italy.
