摘要
为实现煤炭装车过程快速定量装车基于混合控制技术,提出了定量粗装、衡量和精确添加的分层控制策略.上层监督系统采用知识驱动的规则推理技术给出底层基础控制系统的合理设定值,同时对绞车牵引速度进行协调.基础控制系统对监督系统给出的设定值进行定值跟踪.其中定容粗装过程采用了基于模型和常规PID控制相结合的混合串级控制,而定量添加过程采用了基于案例推理(CBR)和PID控制相结合的混合串级控制.实际工业应用效果表明所提控制方法是有效的.
Besed on hybrid control technique,a hierarchical control scheme for coal loading was proposed to achieve rapid and ration loading.The higher level supervision system was used to generate the proper setpoints for the lower level control one and coordinate the conflict train speed using the rule-based reasoning technique.The basic control system was adopted to track the given setpoints.In this basic control system,a hybrid cascade control scheme that combines the model-based and proportional plus inegral plus derivative control (PID) control technique was adopted to control the fixed-volume coarse loading process s,and a hybrid cascade control scheme that combines the CBR-based and PID control technique was used to control the fixed-quantity adding process.At last,industrial applications show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed control approach.
