摘要
基于VC++6.0面向对象的设计方法,开发了平行分度凸轮机构CAD/CAM设计系统。该系统给出了界面友好的参数输入对话框,能够完成机构参数的自动综合和凸轮轮廓的自动生成。并在Pro/E环境下生成凸轮三维实体,并对其进行装配。最后通过Mechanism/Pro接口将模型导入Adams,建立虚拟样机,并进行运动仿真。
On the basis of Visual C + + 6. 0 object-oriented method,a CAD/CAM system is developed for parallel indexing cam mechanisms,which provides the interface-friendly dialog box of the parameter input,can accomplish the automatic synthesis of the mechanism parameter and the automatic generation of the cam profile. Furthermore,the entity modeling of the parallel indexing cam and it’s assembly are built under the Pro/E environment. At last, through interface Mechanism/Pro the model is transformed into a virtual prototype in Adams,the motion simulation is carried out.
