摘要
针对草浆中段废水的特点,集合水解酸化、好氧流化和生物过滤等工艺的优点,同时采用多孔弹性材料设计了一种新型生物膜一体化装置,并利用该装置对碱法草浆中段废水进行处理实验。结果表明:在最佳HRT为16 h条件下,系统出水CODCr为250~350 mg/L,BOD5在50 mg/L左右,浊度<6 NTU,CODCr去除率达到72%,BOD5去除率达到80%以上,并有95%以上的除浊率。
A new integrative biological film reactor which congregates the advantage of hydrolysis acidification, aerobic fluidized bed and bio-filtration processes has been studied. At the same time, porous elastic materials are used. The new integrative biological film reactor is used for treating the midcourse wastewater from alkali straw pulp. The results show that when the optimum HRT is 16 h, the CODCr of the effluent is 250-350 mg/L, BOD5 is around 50 mg/L, turbidity is less than 6 NTU, the removal rates of CODCr, BOD5 and tubidity reach to 72%,80% and 95% respectively.
