摘要
采用水力循环澄清池和膜生物反应器(MBR)组合工艺处理橡胶废水,着重研究了影响MBR稳定运行的相关参数。试验结果表明,MBR系统的最佳运行条件:污泥质量浓度为7-12 g/L,混合液回流比为300%,溶解氧(DO)为2 mg/L。在此条件下,系统最终出水CODCr〈50 mg/L,平均去除率为93.2%,NH3-N〈5 mg/L,平均去除率为95.4%,SS〈5 mg/L,去除率〉98%,出水水质能满足循环冷却水的回用要求。
Rubber wastewater has been treated by the combined process of hydraulic circulating clarifier and MBR. The related parameters which affects the running stability of MBR have been emphatically studied. The experimental results indicate that the best running conditions of MBR are as follows:MLSS is 7-12 g/L,mixed liquid refluence rate is 300%,and DO is 2 mg/L. Under these conditions,the effluent CODCr is less than 50 mg/L,average removal rate is 93.2%,NH3-N is less than 5 mg/L,average removal rate is 95.4%,SS is less than 5 mg/L,and removal rate is more than 98%. The water quality of the effluent can meet the reuse requirement of circulating cooling water.
