中医食疗对老年骨质疏松症患者临床症状和骨密度的影响研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨中医食疗药膳对老年骨质疏松症患者临床症状、骨密度的影响。方法将22例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予元素钙、钙尔奇D常规治疗,实验组在元素钙、钙尔奇D治疗的基础上,采用中医辨证食疗药膳,经过12个月治疗后,将两组患者在治疗前后的骨密度及临床症状进行比较。结果两组治疗前后的骨密度值均明显增加(P<0.01),临床症状改善(P<0.01),且实验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有极显著性意义。结论中医食疗药膳配合药物治疗,是改善原发性骨质疏松症骨密度及临床症状的有效手段。 Objective To study the impact on clinical symptoms, bone mineral density by Chinese food therapy diet for elderly patients with osteoporosis. Method 72 patients with osteoporosis was divided into experimental group and control group, 36 patients in each group. The patient in control group was given Calcium and Caltrate D as routine treatment. The patient in experimental groups was given routine treatment and Chinese food therapy based on Chinese dialectical therapy. The clinical symptoms and bone mineral density between the two groups was measured and compared 12 months after treatment. Result The average bone mineral density for both group was increased after treatment (P〈0. 01), and the clinical symptom for both group was improved after treatment (P〈0. 01). the effect in experimental group was better than that of control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 01). Conclusion The routine treatment combined Chinese food therapy diet was a effective method for impro- ving clinical symptoms and bone mineral density for patients with osteoporosis.
