摘要
利用土壤培养法系统,研究了假苍耳根系分泌物对土壤中土著菌及有益、有害菌的影响。结果表明,假苍耳根系分泌物对土壤中土著菌及有益、有害菌的菌体生长均有一定抑制作用,并随着浓度的增加抑制作用增强。土著菌中,2 mg.L-1的假苍耳根系分泌物对土壤中真菌菌体数量抑制作用最弱,最小抑制率为2.52%;2 000 mg.L-1的假苍耳根系分泌物对土壤中放线菌菌体数量抑制作用最强,最大抑制率为67.11%;对土壤细菌的最大抑制率为15.73%。有益、有害菌中,2 mg.L-1的假苍耳根系分泌物对土壤中根瘤菌的菌体数量抑制作用最弱,最小抑制率为7.44%;2 000 mg.L-1的假苍耳根系分泌物对土壤中镰刀菌的菌体数量抑制作用最强,最大抑制率为57.85%。
With soil cultivation method,the paper studied the effects of extracted Iva xanthifolia root secretion on the indigenous soil bacteria and the useful and harmful bacteria.The results showed that Iva xanthifolia root secretion had some inhibitions on the indigenous soil bacteria and useful and harmful bacteria,as the concentration increased with the increase inhibition.In indigenous floraand,the effect of Iva xanthifolia root secretion of 2 mg.L-1 on the amount of fungi was the weakest,the smallest inhibition rate was 2.52%.The effect of Iva xanthifolia root secretion of 2 000 mg.L-1 on the actinomycete amount was the strongest,and the largest inhibition rate was 67.11%;the largest inhibition on the soil bacteria was 15.73%;for the useful and harmful bacteria,the effect of Iva xanthifolia root secretion of 2 mg.L-1 on the rhizobium amount was the weakest,and the smallest inhibition rate was 7.44%,the largest inhibition on the soil actinomycete was Iva xanthifolia root secretion of 2 000 mg.L-1,and the largest inhibition rate was 57.85%.
