微波消解原子吸收法测定米粉中铁含量

摘要 采用湿法消解技术溶样,用原子吸收(AAS)法测定米粉中铁的含量。通过对微波程序的研究,建立米粉、奶粉等的微波消解方法。该方法与传统马弗炉高温灰化消解方法及湿法消化比较,具有准确、简便、安全、省试剂、污染少、消解完全等优点。方法回收率为96%~106%。RSD(n=7)均小于2%。实际样品对比分析结果表明,方法具有良好的准确度,适于奶粉、米粉、豆粉等食品的快速分析。 Microwave digest technique in a close vessel was used in decomposition of the Cereals samples for the subsequent determination of the total of iron by Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS). Microwave digestion method of these materials with different acid mixtures and different temperature procedure has been developed .It showed that most of the food could be dissolved in the acid mixture of nitric acid by the optimized microwave program. The recovery rates of this procedure were between 93% and 106%. The RSD was within 1.5%. The proposed method was accurate, rapid and could be used in heavy metals inspection of many kinds of foods.
