摘要
在高温含杂质醋酸中,不锈钢设备点腐蚀是最普遍的腐蚀形式,危及安全生产。点腐蚀源自Cl-、Br-等有害离子的作用。本文探讨了氧与氧化剂同卤素离子竞争与吸附对点蚀的影响,探讨了钢组织与组分、介质、温度、应力、流速等差异对点蚀的影响,介绍了点蚀与其他腐蚀类型的关系,并提出了防护建议。
The pitting on stainless steels equipment in high temperature contain impurity acetic acid is most general corrosion type.The pitting harm to safety prodution. The pitting stem from Br- and Cl- ect. harmful ion. Compete and adsorption of oxygen (oxidizing agent) and haloid ion have influence on the pitting were discussed. And organization and composition of steels, medium, temperature, stress, current velocity etc. have influence on the pitting were discussed .The relation of pitting and other corrosion type were introduced. Protection recommend were presented.
