摘要
图书馆员是图书馆核心竞争力的实现主体,图书馆员的专业化水平在一定程度上影响图书馆核心竞争力的强弱。图书馆员专业化与图书馆核心竞争力相互作用,图书馆员专业化是培育、提升图书馆核心竞争力的有效途径,而图书馆核心竞争力的构建又与图书馆员专业化的各方面密不可分。基于图书馆员专业化的图书馆核心竞争力可通过强化图书馆学教育、培育职业精神、确立行业准入制度等途径得以提升。
The main body of the library core competence is librarians. The level of the specialization of librarians affects the level of library core competence. The interaction of the specialization of librarians and the library core competence shows that the effective method of promoting library core competence is the specialization of librarians,and the construction of library core competence has closed relationship with many aspects of the specialization of librarians. The library core competence based on the specialization of librarians could be promoted through strengthening library science education, cultivating library professional spirit, establishing professional qualification certification system, and so on.
