摘要
从二维图设计到三维立体表达是拖拉机覆盖件设计关键的一步。针对拖拉机覆盖件外凸无凹陷的特点,借助拖拉机胶带图之间的对应关系,确定了覆盖件特征边界的空间位置,利用CATIA软件的曲面设计模块对覆盖件曲面进行拟合,创建出拖拉机覆盖件的三维数据模型,从而有效地提高了拖拉机覆盖件的设计开发效率,同时为后续的模具设计、数控加工奠定了理论基础。
The transition from two-dimensional rendering to three-dimensional exhibition is one of the key steps in the tractor panel design.In the view of the convex and nonconcave characteristic,with the help of the mapping of four views the characteristic edges are located,the surfaces are fitted and the three-dimensional data model of tractor panel is constructed.So the design efficiency of tractor panel can be increased enormously,and the model lays the foundation for follow-up mold design and NC machining.
