欠发达地区公务员培训:问题与对策

摘要 培训是提高公务员素质的有效手段,但我国欠发达地区公务员培训存在着教学理念落后、培训定位不准、教学方式单一、内容针对性不强等问题。欠发达地区公务员培训应比照成人教育的特点,针对目前公务员培训学习的基本情况,改善培训方式,找准目标定位,从而提升公务员实际工作能力。 Training is an effective means to improve the quality of pubhc servants. But in less - developed areas are the Public Servants Training and teaching ideas behind ,the training location are not allowed and teaching methods single, focused content is not strong and so on. On the basis of the characteristics of adult education for the Public Servants training to learn the basic situation, suggest ways in less developed regions, improving the training of civil servants training and teaching methods, find out the target location to improve the Public Servants ability in practical work.
