本文概述了砷在动物体内的的营养需求、生理作用扣洛克沙胂的促生长作用机理，阐述了洛克沙胂在养殖业中的应用现状，以及饲料中合理添加洛克沙胂的重要性。
In this paper, nutriment requirement and physiological effect of arsenic in animal, and growth promation of roxarsone were summarized, application of roxarsone in animal（husbandry） industry, and important of roxarsone which is added prooerly in feed. were also dealed with.
