摘要
奥巴马获2009年诺贝尔和平奖，令世人惊愕。奥巴马上台后并没有解决一起实实在在的国际冲突，只是提出了一套具有自由主义或理想主义的外交构想即获此殊荣，折射出当今国际政治一些重要领域的理念变化。冷战后欧洲大陆长期的和平环境使欧洲在诸如反恐、核威胁、环境问题等领域里形成自己的认知，奥巴马的外交构想迎合了这种心理期盼。然而奥巴马理想主义构想正面临朝核、伊核以及阿富汗等现实问题的挑战。
People were staggered to hear that President Obma won Nobel Peace Prize for 2009.He was given such a special honor simply because he put forward a set of diplomatic concepts with some liberalist or idealist flavour and didn't solve in earnest one single piece of international dispute after he came to power,—— A revelation of concept changes in some important areas in the present-day international politics.After the end of the Cold War,the long-term peaceful environment enjoyed by the European continent has helped to form a European cognition in such areas as anti-terrorism,nuclear threats,the environmental protection,etc,and Obama's diplomatic concepts do cater to this kind of psychological expectations.However,Obama's idealist concept is facing the challenge of some practical difficulties,such as the Korean and Iranian nuclear issues and the Afghan issue.
