摘要
探讨术中腹腔灌洗温热低渗化疗药物对大肠癌肝转移术后生存率的影响。文章回顾性分析东港市中心医院收治的20例大肠癌的临床资料,得出结果:治疗组与对照组3年、5年生存率分别为41.7%、29.2%和25.0%、10.0%。最后得出术中灌洗化疗药物可以明显提高大肠癌患者生存率的结论。
Effect of hypothermic low infiltration chemotherapy medicine after peritoneal lavage in operation on the survival rate of patients of liver metastases of colorectal cancer was studied.The results of 20 cases show that patient＇s 3-year and 5-year survival rates of treatment group and comparison group were 41.7%,29.2% and 25.0%,10.0%,respectively.
