摘要
微量元素硒是一种重要的抗氧化剂，在促进机体抗氧化能力、提高免疫细胞功能等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文从硒的存在形式、吸收和代谢、生物学功能以及日粮需要量等方面就近些年来硒在奶牛上的研究概况作一综述。
Trace element selenium is a vital antioxidant,it plays an important role in promoting the organ＇s antioxidative capacities and improving the immune cell＇ s function, etc.. This paper summarizes the studies in recent years on the existing style, absorption and metabolization, biologic function and diet requirement, etc. of selenium in cows.
