八点黑獭兔不同发育时期子宫组织结构变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 观察母兔妊娠20、26、29天和15、30、60、90日龄八点黑獭兔的子宫组织,以探讨八点黑獭兔子宫的形态学发育特点。结果表明:獭兔的子宫随着年龄的增长,其内膜的粘膜上皮由假复层柱状纤毛上皮逐渐分化成紧密规则的单层柱状上皮;固有层在15~30日龄之间出现,内含大量间质细胞;妊娠期固有层发生水肿和充血;子宫肌层在幼龄时分层不明显,各层肌纤维互相交织,随平滑肌细胞分裂增生,3月龄时肌层出现明显的内环、外纵两层,中间形成一层环状排列的血管;獭兔出生后其子宫内膜腺由子宫内膜上皮细胞内陷形成,随后腺上皮细胞经有丝分裂增生,15日龄幼兔已形成单管子宫腺。该研究结果可为兔的解剖学、生殖生理学增添新的内容,也为进一步研究兔生殖系统疾病的治疗与预防提供参考资料。 The uterus tissue was respectively taken from Califoenia Rex rabbits which were 15, 30, 60, 90 days after born and 20, 26, 29 days after pregnancy to make slices by paraffin sectioning and HE stain technique, and observed the change of endometrial, glandulae uterinae, myometrium with optical microscope, then discussed the morphological development characteristics of uterus tissue. The results showed that: Endometrium epithelial differentiated gradually from pseudostratified columnar ciliated epithelium to single- layer columnar epithelium in close and regular. Laminae which containing of a large number of mesenchymal cells appeared between 15 to 30 days; and became edema and hyperaemia in gestation. Myometrium was not obviously hierarchical at young age, muscle fibers increased with proliferation of smooth muscle cell division were interlace mutual. And it became two different layers which was cyclic inner and outer, blood vessels circular-shaped stay among them. The endometrium was formed from endometrial epithelial cells after invagination, and increased by karyokinetic division later. Single-tube uterine gland had already formed at 15 days. This results added new contents to anatomy and reproductive physiology of rabbits, and also provided reference materials for further study of rabbit treatment and prevention of reproductive diseases.
