摘要
本试验以AA肉仔鸡为试验动物,研究在日粮中添加不同水平的β-甘露聚糖酶对肠道菌群及pH值的影响。试验选择健康、体重相近、1日龄AA肉仔鸡384羽(公母各半),公母分开饲养,公母各设4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每重复12羽。处理I为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为β-甘露聚糖酶添加组,在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.03%、0.06%、0.1%的β-甘露聚糖酶。试验期为6周,测定其肠道菌群及pH值,结果表明:日粮中添加β-甘露聚糖酶可以提高肉鸡肠道中乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的数量,降低大肠杆菌的数量及pH值,保护肠道内健康的内环境。与对照组相比.Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的大肠杆菌数量分别减少了2.82%(P〈0.01)、5.21%(P〈0.01)和6.63%(P〈0.01);乳酸杆菌数量分别增加了1.02%(P〈0.05)、1.09%(P〈0.05)和1.78%(P〈0.05),但添加组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05);双歧杆菌数量分别增加了1.42%(P〈0.01)、2.37%(P〈0.01)和3。10%(P〈0.01);pH值分别降低了0.59%(P〈0.05)、1.04%(P〈0.01)和1.34%(P〈0.01)。
This test regarded AA broilers as the test animals, studied the effect of β -man- nase adding into the basal diets at different levels on its intestinal microflora and pH value. 384 1 -day- old AA broilers were divided from 192 female and 192 male broilers, male and female was assigned randomly into 4 groups with 4 replicate set with 12 broilers per replicate for a 42 - day trail respectively. Group I was fed with basal diet without β- mannase, group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, IV were fed with basal diets adding 0.03% ,0.06% ,0. 1 % β - mannase. The parameter of intestinal microflora and pH value were determined. The results were showed as follows: The β -mannase adding into basal diets can increase the number of the laetie acid bacillus and bifidobacteria, reduce the number of Escherichia coli and pH values, protect the health of the intestinal environ- ment. Compared with the control group, the number of Eseherichia eoli of II, III, IV group decreased by 2.82% ( P 〈 0.01 ), 5.21% ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 6.63 % ( P 〈 0.01 ) ;Laetie acid baeil- lus increased by 1.02% (P 〈0.05), 1.09% (P 〈0.05) and 1.78% (P 〈0.05) ; bifidobacteria increased by 1.42% (P〈0.01), 2.37% (P〈0.01) and 3.10% (P〈0.01); pH values reduced by0.59% (P〈0.05),1.04% (P〈0.01)and 1.34% (P〈0.01).
