抽提条件对饲料酶制剂中木聚糖酶活力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用蒸馏水、0.1mol/L氯化钠、0.02mol/L(pH7.4)的磷酸缓7中液,分别于4℃、40℃对浙江酶、华芬酶、Avizyme-1500三种酶制剂抽提12小时和1.5小时,对抽提到的酶液进行木聚糖酶活力测定的结果表明,用0.1mol/L的氯化钠溶液于4℃抽提12小时对华芬酶、Avizyme-1500酶制剂中的木聚糖酶的抽提效果最佳;对浙江酶而言,是蒸馏水(4℃,12小时)的抽提效果最好。 Xylanase activity was extracted from Zhejiang, Huafen and Avizyme - 1500 enzyme preparation at 4℃ and 40℃ for 12h and 1.5h by distilled water, 0. 1mol/L NaCI, 0.02 mol/L(pH 7.4) sodium phosphate buffer. The result showed that the xylanase activity extracted by 0. 1 mol/L NaCl from Huafen and Avizyme - 1500 enzyme preparation at 4℃for 12h was best. Meanwhile xylanase activity was the highest in Zhejiang enzyme preparation when distilled water was used as extrction solution at 4℃ for 12h.
