1引言
早在4000年前,人们就遇到当今我们动物养殖和饲料业所面临的问题,即蛋白质匮乏,原料消化率低下。中国人发挥自己的聪明才智,采用“酒曲”工艺,亦称固态发酵工艺(SSF),让微生物为我们进行消化工作。在我们日常生活中,固态发酵工艺的应用无处不在,
