摘要
目的评价外用O.1%他克莫司软膏联合甲氧沙林片口服治疗颜面部白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法治疗组49例口服甲氧沙林0.5 mg/kg,每周2～3次,局部外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,每天2次;对照组47例口服甲氧沙林0.5 mg/kg,每周2～3次,局部外用卤米松乳膏,每天2次,每用两周停一周。疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组有效率87.76%,显效率65.31%,均好于对照组(有效率80.85%,显效率59.57%)。两组之间比较有效率和显效率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外用0.1%他克莫司软膏联合甲氧沙林片口服治疗颜面部白癜风效果好、安全性高、且不良反应少。
Objective To evaluate the effect of topical tacrolimus and methoxsalen pellet in treatment of vitiligo on face.Methods 49 patients received topical tacrolimus and methoxsalen pellet（Therapy group） and 47 patients received methoxsalen pellet and cremor of halometasone（Control group）.The time of therapy were 3 months.Results In contrast with control group,there were not significantly influenced in effective power and excellence power in therapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion Topical tacrolimus and methoxsalen pellet may be useful,high safety and low adverse effect in treatment vitiligo on face.
