利用机载激光雷达系统对我国领海岛礁进行精确地面三维数据获取应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 机载激光雷达技术是直接获取对象表面点三维坐标的现代对地观测技术,能快速获取精确地面三维坐标,并形成高精度地面高程模型,由于我国海岛礁的地理特殊性,传统测绘手段作业难度非常大,对比机载激光雷达技术和传统摄影测量技术的优缺点,发现激光雷达技术在海岛礁测图方面的巨大应用价值,提出了激光雷达系统在海岛礁测图中的作业流程设计和数据处理平台选择。 Airborne laser radar technology is one of the modern earth observation technologies,which can get threedimensional coordinates of the object surface points directly.It can quickly obtain accurate three-dimensional coordinates of the ground,and the formation of high-precision ground-elevation model.Due to the geographical peculiarities of the sea islands and reefs,it is much difficult to use the traditional means of surveying and mapping operations.Compared with traditional photogrammetric techniques,the tremendous value of the proposed laser radar system is found in the surveying and mapping for sea reefs.The laser radar system is also a good platform of work process design and data processing.
