摘要
通过实验对展开剂的配比进行了广泛的选择，得出展开剂的最佳配比为４∶１∶５，并在此条件下对赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脯氨酸等混合物进行了分离和鉴定。
The ratio of unfold solvent was extensively selected .The conclusion is 4∶1∶5.The mixture of lysine,phenglalanice and proline has been separated and identified in this condition,A good result has been obtained.
