摘要 目的检测Notchl和JAGl在食管癌的表达,分析Notch在食管癌中的作用和意义。方法应用RT-PCR检测126例食管癌组织和52例癌旁正常食管组织中Notchl和JAG1的表达,分析两者的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。结果癌组织与癌旁组织中Notchl表达率分别为21.4%(27/126)和61.5%(32/52),两者比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05);癌组织中Notchl标准化系数低于癌旁组织,标准化系数中位数分别0.63和0.82,两者比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。JAGl在癌旁组织的表达率为10%(5/52),在癌组织中无表达。Notchl表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度的相关性均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论Notchl表达失调可能与食管癌发生发展相关。 Objective To detect the expression of Notchl and JAG1 on esophageal carcinoma and to analyze the role and significance of Notch on esophageal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Notchl and JAGI in 126 spots of esophageal carcinoma tissue and 52 spots of normal adjacent tissue was detected by RT-PCR. The correlation of Notchl expression and clinicophathologic features of esophageal carcinoma were analyzed. Results The Notchl expression and standardized coefficient in normal adjacent tissue was significantly higher than in esophageal carcinoma tissue ( 61.5% vs 21.4% ). The median standardized coefficient was 0.82 and 0.63 respectively. The difference is significant ( P 〈0. 05 ). The JAGl expression in normal adjacent tissue was 10% and there was no expression in carcinoma tissue. The Notchl expression was closely related to tumor size, and differentiation grade ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Notchl expression may be correlated to the occurrence and development of esophageal carcinoma
