摘要
介绍了世博会期间华东电网的概况。分析了世博期间华东电网安全稳定运行的形势,指出电网的薄弱环节,从电力供需平衡、运行方式优化、事故预案研究三个方面,提出了提高世博期间华东电网安全稳定运行水平的若干技术措施。
The situations whether the operations of the East China Power Grid would be safe and stable during the World Expo were analyzed,as well as the grid′s weak links.With respect to three aspects such as power supply-demand balance,operation mode and accident prevention program,several technical measures were proposed to improve the level of safe and stable operation of the East China Power Grid during the World Expo.With the strength of the whole grid and the united management of the grid,these technical measures can ensure the safe and stable operation of the East China Power Grid during the World Expo.
