摘要
目的探讨2007年珠海流行的登革热并发病毒性心肌炎的临床特点。方法对2007年8月至10月间中山大学附属第五医院收治的125例登革热住院患者的临床症状、心肌酶及心电图特征进行分析。结果本次流行的登革热患者并发病毒性心肌炎者24例,占19.2%,其中10例伴有心律失常,无心功能不全者,均治愈出院。结论2007年珠海流行的登革热并发病毒性心肌炎症状较轻,临床转归较好,但发病率较高;对登革热患者进行心电图及心肌酶检测是非常重要的。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of dengue fever complicated with viral myocarditis,and to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The clinical symptoms,laboratory test results and electrocardiograms（ECG）were analyzed for 125 hospitalized patients with dengue fever from August to October,2007,in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Zhuhai city.Results Twenty-four（19.2%）of the 125 patients with dengue fever developed viral myocarditis and 10 of which had arrhythmia.There was no heart failure among the patients.All the patients with the viral myocarditis had been cured completely.Conclusion The morbidity rate of myocarditis was high in patients with dengue fever,although the prognosis was generally well.The results suggested the importance of monitoring the dynamics of myocardial enzymes and ECG in patients with dengue fever.
