摘要
针对目前各种PLC仿真实验系统存在的问题,本文在西门子全集成自动化技术的基础上提出了一个全仿真PLC实验系统的实现方案,解决了目前高职高专院校在PLC控制系统实验、实训教学中存在的在大型、复杂对象的控制中实验对象和PLC成本过高的问题。
This article demonstrates how to use Siemens Simulating Software to create a fully simulated PLC testing system in institute learning environment. This method can effectively reduce the initial cost of institute and provide learners a practical commissioning experience without building up a complex and expensive practical workshop. The authors have also compared and discussed different modes which can be adopted in such circumstances. The article lists the advantages and disadvantages of each mode for reader' s reference.
