摘要
目的:观察西黄丸联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及对CD+4、CD+8的影响。方法:选择乳腺癌患者60例,对照组30例给予单纯化疗,治疗组30例在化疗基础上加用西黄丸2个化疗周期,治疗前后测定CD+4、CD+8。结果:治疗组中医证候及免疫功能均优于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西黄丸联合化疗药物治疗乳腺癌临床疗效满意,且能有效改善机体免疫功能。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xihuang Pills combining with chemotherapy in treating breast cancer and the effects on CD4^＋,CD8^＋.Methods：Selecting 60 patients with breast cancer,the control group of 30 was treated with chemotherapy,the treated group of 30 was treated with Xihuang Pills combining with chemotherapy for two chemotherapy cycles,before and after treatment the CD4^＋,CD8^＋ levels were detected.Results：The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and immune function in treated group was superior to those in control group,the difference between those two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Xihuang Pills combining with chemotherapy in treating breast cancer was satisfactory,and this therapy can improve the immune function effectively.
