成年女性年龄相关的促卵泡刺激素和促黄体生成素水平与骨密度关系 被引量:3

FSH and LH level of adult women's age in China is relevant and the relation with BMD

摘要 目的调查女性年龄相关的血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平及其与骨密度的关系。方法测定699例受试者血清FSH和LH浓度及正位腰椎(AP)、侧位腰椎(LP)、总髋部(T-hip)、远端前臂(DF)骨密度,评价血清FSH和LH与年龄、骨密度的关系。结果FSH和LH从40岁起随增龄而增加,至≥60岁随增龄而下降。绝经前血清FSH和LH的几何平均值(SD)分别为3.94±2.08IU/L和7.51±2.58IU/L,绝经后分别为28.8±1.88IU/L和25.6±1.95IU/L。血清FSH与LH呈高度正相关(r=0.734,P=0.000)。FSH和LH与各部位骨密度呈显著负相关,FSH与骨密度的相关程度(r=-0.597~-0.492)好于LH与骨密度(r=-0.332~-0.452)的相关程度。其中FSH(r=-0.597)和LH(r=-0.452)与腰椎骨密度的负相关性最好。结论成年女性血清FSH和LH随年龄和绝经状态而变化,FSH和LH与骨密度明显相关。血清FSH和LH增加的妇女骨密度下降。 Objective Relation among the density of serum FSH and LH that the aim was to investigate Chinese women's age is relevant with BMD. Methods Study of 699 women, Serum FSH and LH concentrations, and BMD were measured at the posteroanterior (PA) spine,lateral spine, total hip and distal forearm. Have appraised serum FSH and LH concentrations and BMD. Results FSH and LH increase, increase age at the same time from 40 years old probably, increase, but drop to 60 years old age at the same time. Serum FSH and geometirc average (SD) of LH before menopause. It is respectively 3.94 (2.08) IU/L and 7.51 ( 2. 58 ) IU/L, after men opauseis respectively 28.8 (1.88) IU/L and 5.6 ( 1.95 ) IU/L. Serum FSH and LH present high positive correlation ( r = 0. 734, P = 0. 000 ) BMD of SH, LH and different skeleton position presents and shoulders notably relevantly, the relevant intensity of FSH and BMD ( r = - 0. 597 - - 0. 492) always better than LH and BMD (r = -0. 332 - -0. 452) , FSH among them (r = -0. 597) with LH (r = - 0. 452) one that is with PA lumbar vertebrae BMD is defeated. Conclusion These data suggest that the circulation concentrations of FSH and LH may vary with Chinese women's age and menopause and may be relevant with BMD. Chinese women's BMD decrease as their serum FSH and LH increase.
