摘要
高校扩招、国际金融危机影响下大学生就业明显吃紧,高校毕业生就业指导工作显得尤为重要。文章提出了完善就业指导工作领导机制、加强就业指导教师队伍建设、不断深化就业指导课程教学、拓展就业指导方式和途径几点建议,以加强高职毕业生就业指导工作,有效促进学生顺利就业。
The employment of college studelts is significantly tight on the affect of admission and international financial crisis and college graduates employment guidance is particularly important. The paper proposes some suggestions of improving the employment guidance leadership mechanism, strengthening teachers＇ construction of employment guidance, deepening career guidance teaching and expanding employment guidance ways and means to promote successful employment.
