摘要
以大肠杆菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为试验菌株,比较研究了铜离子-氧化锌/十六烷基铵基吡啶-蒙脱石复合材料(Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT)的抗菌活性。结果表明,Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT具有较高的抗菌活性,对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌质量浓度和杀菌质量浓度分别为80μg/mL和160μg/mL,对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的最小抑菌质量浓度和杀菌质量浓度分别为40μg/mL和160μg/mL。Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT对所试菌均产生抗菌剂后效应和持续抑菌效应。320μg/mL的Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT能在12h内杀灭大肠杆菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,而640μg/mL的Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT能在6h内杀灭大肠杆菌,4h内杀灭鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。
The antibacterial activity of Cu2+-ZnO/cetylpyridinium-montmorillonite (CuZ+-ZnO/CP-MMT) is investigated comparatively using two pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium. The results show that Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT has a high antibacterial activity. Minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bac- tericidal concentration of CuZ+-ZnO/CP-MMT to E. coli are 80μg/mL and 160μg/mL, and to S. typhimurium are 40μg/mL and 160μg/mL, respectively. Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT reveals a post-antibiotic effect and a continuous agent effect on the tested bacteria. The concentration of 320μg/mL of Cu2+-ZnO/CP-MMT can kill E. coli and S. typhimurium in 12h, whereas 640/lg/mL of CuZ+-ZnO/CP-MMT can kill E. coli after 6h and S. typhimurium after 4h.
