摘要
对供电可靠性的统计管理水平直接影响到电网的供电可靠性水平。在分析和总结南方电网5个省会城市供电可靠性水平和统计管理现状的基础上,从可靠性原始数据收集和统计、软件升级、目标分解、设备状态检修、微观统计和管理、低压用户可靠性统计等方面提出了适合南方电网这些城市供电可靠性统计和管理的改进建议和措施。
The statistic and management level of power supply reliability has direct impact on the power supply reliability level of power grid. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the power supply reliability level and the current statistic and management situation of five provincial cities of Southern Power Grid, the paper proposes some recommendations and improvement measures about the statistic and management of power supply reliability of these cities on the aspects of original data collection, statistical software upgrade, goal decomposition, condition-based equipment maintenance, micro-statistics and management, LV customer＇ s reliability statistics.
