摘要
目的:以水溶性高分子材料PEG6000和PEG4000为基质,进行赞旦三滴丸的制备工艺优化研究。方法:以滴制情况,圆整度及硬度为评价指标,优选药物与基质配比。采用正交实验法,以丸重变异系数为指标,优选滴丸制备工艺。结果:药物与基质的最佳配比为1:2,药液温度为80℃,滴制距离为6cm,冷凝剂温度为8~10℃,滴制速度为60滴/min,为最佳制备工艺条件。结论:按照此优化奈件制备的赞旦三滴丸成型率最高。此制备工艺简单,操作便捷,适合于赞旦三滴丸的工业化生产。
Object To study the optimum preparation of Zandansan dropping pill, by the use of water- soluble polymer as matrix, specifically PEG6000 and PEG4000. Methods To determine the optimum preparation technology by orthogonal test, with the different coefficients of dropping pill weight as evaluation index, Also to select the optimum mixture ratio between drug and matrix with dropping pills appearance and hardness as evaluation index. Results: To find out the optimum preparation condition as follows: to dropping zandansan pill into the drug solution of 80℃, with the ratio between drug and matrix of 1:2, by the rates of 60 drops per minute and the dropping distance of 6 cm, with the refrigerant temperature of 8 - 10℃. Conclusion Molding probability of zandansan dropping pill could reach the highest rate in above conditions. Such a preparation method is feasible and convenient, specially could be easily controlled, which shows would be suitable for industrial production.
