摘要
纺织品是我国出口创汇的重要产品,同时也是我国遭受国外反倾销的主要商品。我国纺织品出口存在竞争情报方面的反倾销诱因,包括竞争力、市场占有率、顺差、价格等方面的因素,要实现纺织品出口的可持续发展并保护贸易利益,构建中国纺织品出口反倾销的预警体系是重要策略之一;指出该预警体系需要依赖纺织品贸易中的竞争情报的收集和甄别,并按照一定的步骤进行构建。
China' s textile products as one of our important sources of foreign exchanges are suffering from anti-dumping more seriously. There are the competitive intelligence incentives of the anti-dumping against China in China's textile products export including competitiveness, market share, surplus, price, etc. The construction of the anti - dumping early warning system for China' s textile products export is one of the most important strategies to achieve its sustainable developments and to protect the trade interests. The early warning system needs to rely on the collection and screening of the competitive intelligences in the textile product trade and also be constructed in certain steps.
