摘要 整体圆弧风挡玻璃是制造高性能战斗机的关键元部件。它的光学性能优劣直接影响飞机在空中对敌方目标的瞄准和侦察。光学角偏差(Opticai augular deviation)亦称视线偏差(Deviation of line of Sight)是评价航空透明体光学质量的重要参数。本文介绍的圆弧风挡玻璃光学角偏差自动扫描仪是集光学、机械、电子学和计算机等现代科学技术为一体,实现了对整体圆弧风挡玻璃光学角偏差的自动扫描测量。仪器可快速方便地给出全部有效视区内的角偏差和双目角位移。仪器配有先进的控制软件和数据处理系统,可给出任意区域内的测量数据和图表。角偏差测量精度为±10秒。 The instrument studied in this paper can measure both light deviation and distortion. The instrument is developed in accordance with a certain typed aerial transparent object. It can measure all kinds of optical transparent object with various shapes. All measurements are controlled by a computer, and the measuring result given contains the light deviation of a single point, the relative angular deviation between two points and the synthetical optical distortion. All the measuring results can also be given by the drawing method. All kinds of direct measurement data can be given by dealing with a computer.
