摘要
该文采用模拟试验的方法,利用 X- 光摄影技术,对弹丸入射间隙装甲的穿甲过程进行分析和研究,发现间隙装甲面板的厚度,材料的强度,间隙大小对抗弹性能有很大的影响,从中可观察到弹丸在间隙装甲内弯曲变形、断裂、破碎、章动等一系列的变化过程,对装甲结构的设计提供了重要的依据。 该文还对弹丸贯穿装甲板后的残余弹丸进行 X- 光摄影测试研究。残余弹丸的测试,对于穿甲过程的研究是非常重要的。但是,由于弹丸在装甲内的运动速度,时间很难准确测得,因此,残余弹丸的捕捉也是非常困难的,我们通过 X- 光摄影技术和电子测试技术,经过多次试验,终于在国内首次捕捉到弹丸垂直贯穿和斜贯穿装甲板后的残余弹丸照片。通过照片计算可得到;弹丸贯穿一定厚度装甲板后能量的损失,弹丸质量的损失,速度的哀减,贯穿所用的时间,残余弹丸的断裂,破碎、变形、装甲板被破坏过程和弹丸姿态等重要参数。对穿甲机理研究和弹—靶材料、结构及装甲防护等研究,提供了第一手资料。
The armour - piercing process was studied of a penetrator hitting a spaced armour plate with x - ray photograph - technique in a simulation test. The theckness, material strength of the face - plate and the space size in the spaced armour have been found having a great effect on the ballistic performance of the spaced armour. The bending - deformation, cracking, breaking and the nutation pricesses of a penetrator inside the spaced - armour were observed. All of these provide important basis for the design of armour construction. The authors have done the measuring - test of the residual penetrator after penetrating an armour plate with x - ray photograph - technique. The measuring - test of a residual penetrator is very important for the research of an armour - piercing process. Because of measuring accurately the velocity and time of a penetrator inside an armour plate is very difficult, therefore, catching a residual penetrator is very difficult as well. In china, we have first caught the residual penetrators after their penetrating the armour plate at vertical and oblique positions by using x- ray photographic and electronic - measuring techniques. The following information can be obtained throrgh calculating the photogralphs got in the tests; the energy and mass loss,velocity attenuation penetrating time of a penetrator after penetrating an aumour plate with a certain thickness, the cracking,breaking and deformation of a residual penetrator,the fracture process of an armour plate and the punching attitude of p penetrator and so on. All those provide the first - hand data for studing penetrating mechanism, the materials of penetrator and target,the armour construction and armour protection and so on.
