文章在电信运营商与广电的关键环节优劣势分析对比的基础上,对电信运营商三网融合的网络发展策略进行了相关的分析和研究。
By comparing key advantages and disadvantages between telecommunication operators and broadcasting/cable operators, this article makes analysis on the strategies of telecom operators under the three network convergence circumstance.
