摘要
知识服务的宗旨是为用户提供知识及问题解决方案。探讨高校图书馆知识服务的工作流程与层次结构,并从管理机制、组织结构、共享合作机制、人力资源、隐性知识、读者培训等方面提出高校图书馆知识服务的实现对策。
Knowledge Service is to provide users with the knowledge and problem solutions.Firstly,this article probes workflow and hierarchical structure of college library knowledge service.Secondly,it advances measures to implement college library knowledge service as viewed from management mechanisms,organizational structure,co-operation mechanism,human resources,tacit knowledge,reader training etc.
