摘要
无锡农村的租佃制度是近代工业化程度较高地区租佃制度的一个范本。近代无锡农村的租佃关系呈现出错综复杂的状况;田底面制、包租制、分种制、转佃制、押田制是基本的租佃形式;租佃关系趋于契约化与定型化,业、佃纠纷呈现新的形态是其基本特征。
The tenancy system of Wuxi countryside is a good sample among the area of higher level industrialization in modern times. The tenancy relationships appeared intricate conditions; the basic tenancy systems are. the bottom system, charter system, key system, transfer tenancy system and Oshida system; the basic features of the relationship between landowners and tenants intend to be contracting and ascertained and appear new form of disputes between them.
