摘要
目的探索冬虫夏草不同的预处理方法,以便更好地反映冬虫夏草的谱图信息。方法采用不同的预处理方法,比较操作方法和所得样品溶液。结果通过比较发现,在以下电泳条件及改进索氏提取法所得谱图峰形好,信息多。电泳条件:未涂渍弹性石英毛细管(75μm×60cm);缓冲溶液:40mmol/L硼砂溶液;电泳电压:20kV;进样时间:3s;电泳温度:室温;检测波长:250nm。结论通过多种预处理方法的比较,上述预处理方法操作简便、所得溶液澄清透明。
Objective To describe some different sample pretreatment methods to express fingerprint of cordyceps completely. Methods Different pretreatment methods were applied to compare operation methods and sample solution. Results Under the following conditions and with improved Soxhlet Extraction,we could get a fingerprint with better peak shape and more information compared with others, a 75 μm×60 cm uncoated capillary was used with 40 mmol/L borate as CE buffer;the run voltage was 20kV; the injecting time was 3 s and the temperature was 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Conclusion The pretreatment method is simple and the solution is clear.
