摘要
气瓶堵头是实现气瓶安全储存气体的重要部件,小的预紧力不能满足安全使用气瓶的需求;过大的预紧力也经常致使堵头变形、拧断等现象发生。本文从安全角度出发,通过受力分析给出了气瓶堵头螺纹连接的最大预紧力、最小预紧力和适当预紧力的计算方法,并结合实践,给出了拧紧力矩的计算方法。本文还分析了在气瓶检测实际中利用45钢代替不锈钢制作堵头的利弊,为安全使用气瓶和气瓶检测提供重要的数值依据。
Cylinder plug is an important part of gas cylinders to achieve the safe storage.If the preload of plug is too small,safe usage of cylinders can not be guaranteed.Excessive preload plug often results in deformation,twist off and so on.In this paper the calculating methods of maximum preload threaded cylinder,minimum preload preload and appropriate method for Cylindrical High-pressure Gas Cylinder were presented based on stress analysis,and the calculation method of tightening torque was given combining with practice.The advantages and disadvantages of plug of gas cylinder made of 45 steel instead of stainless stee in the actual detection of gas cylinder were also analyzed,which provides important value basis for the safe use of gas cylinders and gas cylinder testing.
