摘要
用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究克拉霉素在0.15mol·L-1Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液(pH6.86)中的电化学行为,克拉霉素于-0.740V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的还原波,克拉霉素浓度为0.08mg·L-1~100.0mg·L-1范围内,其一次微分线性扫描峰电流与克拉霉素浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.99656(n=5),检出限为0.06mg·L-1。对4.0mg·L-1克拉霉素溶液进行6次平行试验,RSD为2.33%,回收率在94.88%~105.36%之间。方法可用于其在片剂中含量的测定。
The electrochemical behavior of Charithomycin was studied in linear scanning polarographic method and cyclic voltammetry. In an phosphate buffer solution of pH 6.86, ; a sensitive reductive wave of Charithomycin appeared at -0.740V (vs.SCE). A linear relationship between the peak current and the Charithomycin concentration in the range of 0.08mg-100.0mg·L^-1(r=0.99656, n=15)was observed. The detection limit of the method was 0.06mg·L^-1. RSD found from the data of 6 independent determinations at the concentration level of 4.0mg·L^-1was 2.33%. Recovery rates obtained were in the range of 94.88%-105.36%. This method can be applied to the analysis of Charithomycin in tablets.
