摘要
在固体和液体静置纯培养条件下,研究了3种重金属Cu、Zn和Pb在不同浓度处理下对橙黄疣柄牛肝菌菌丝生长的影响,并利用EC50值评价真菌对Cu,Zn和Pb的耐性。结果表明:通过半致死浓度评价橙黄疣柄牛肝菌耐受性发现,橙黄疣柄牛肝菌对Zn的耐受性强于Cu和Pb;菌根真菌培养后,基质pH降低与真菌生物量有关,说明菌根真菌在重金属胁迫下能通过调节自身pH环境缓解压力。
The premise to study on the influence of the heavy metals Cu,Zn and Pb to hypha growth ot one mycorrhlzal fungi Leccinurn aurantiacum(Bull. ) Gray under condition of agar media and standing liquid cultures. We use fungi on EC50 to evaluate the toleration of Leccinum aurantiacum (Bull.) Gray to Cu, Zn and Pb. Through the evaluation of semilethal concentration to the toleration of Leccinurn aurantiacum (Bull.) Gray found that the toleration to Zn is stronger than Cu and Pb. After culture the reduce of the pH of substance will influence the biomass of Mycorrhizal fungi, This showing that the Mycorrhizal fungi under heavy metal stress can regulate their own pH to ease the pressure of the environment.
