摘要
对3种不同品种的茶树叶片进行低温处理,测定其MDA含量,电解质渗透率及其保护酶类:SOD、POD、CAT的活性,评价3种不同茶树的抗寒能力。结果表明:不同低温的胁迫,3个茶树叶片的MDA和电解质的渗透率均呈上升的趋势;POD活性变化趋势与SOD的变化趋势基本相同,表现出"先升后降"的趋势;而CAT在该试验的3个品种却表现出活性降低的趋势。应用隶属函数值法综合评价3个茶树品种的抗寒能力依次是:凫早二号>农抗早>福鼎大白茶种。
The three different varieties of tea leaves were tested in different temperature. Determination of the MDA, leaf electrolytic leakage rate, and the protectio-nof enzymes.SOD, POD, CAT activity. The results showed that the MDA and leaf electrolytic leakage rate showed an upward trend;POD trend and the trend of changes in SOD were basically the same trend "a first rose and then dropped" ; and the CAT test in three varieties showed activity trends. With membership functions comprehensive evaluation method, the capacity of three tea varieties resistance to the cold was Camellia sinensis cv. Fuzao2〉 Camellia sinensis cv. Nongkangzao〉Camellia sinensis cv. Fuding-dabaicha.
