摘要
介绍了美国石油协会(API)和中国石油化工(CPCC)系统推荐的浮顶罐大、小呼吸蒸发损耗量的计算公式。通过对各计算参数进行比较分析,指出CPCC大呼吸蒸发损耗量的计算公式更符合我国实际,而小呼吸蒸发损耗量的计算要根据具体情况区别分析;依据蒸发损耗计算公式中的各影响因素,总结了大、小呼吸蒸发损耗的抑制措施。
Evaporation loss formulas of floating roof tanks for big and small breathing used in American Petroleum Institute (API) and China Petroleum Chemical Corporation (CPCC) are introduced.By means of analysis and comparison to each parameter,it is pointed out that big breathing formulas of CPCC are more accorded with China’s actuality and small breathing calculation of evaporation loss is according with impersonal conditions.Restraining measures on big and small breathing’s evaporation loss are summarized by influencing factors of the formulas.
